AmericaAgain! is a perpetual charitable trust and membership organization to recruit, train, support, and organize the People to enforce the U.S. Constitution.
National Board of Trustees
AmericaAgain! governance will be a 9-member elected Board of Trustees each serving a four-year term representing one region. These regions are outlined in the graphic below:
Council of Delegates
The Trustees are not elected by the membership, but by a 6,400-member Council of Delegates, similar to the U.S. Electoral College. There will be one Delegates in each of the approximately 6,400 U.S. congressional districts that will be created on ratification of the 28th Amendment. That is, a congressional district must not exceed 50,000 people, as called for in Article One of the Bill of Rights.
When AmericaAgain! membership reaches 25,000 we will hold the first election of Delegates. After the initial election, every two years on the last Saturday of November, AmericaAgain! members will vote for the Delegate for their own U.S. congressional district.
