Director of Marketing & Public Relations (Chief Brand Officer)

The successful candidate for AmericaAgain! Director of Marketing and Public Relations will be our ‘Chief Brand Officer’, and demonstrate:

  • A full-spectrum marketing and communications plan for AmericaAgain!
  • Educational credentials in marketing and communications
  • Experience in marketing and communications for a regional or national brand or member organization

Director of Legislative Action

The successful candidate for Director of AmericaAgain! Legislative Action will have 5+ years demonstrated experience as the leader of regional or national field networks, and will be responsible to:

  • Recruit, train, oversee and coordinate (9) AmericaAgain! Regional Coordinators, each of who will support and coordinate as many as 80 AmericaAgain! Delegates
  • Plan, schedule and oversee the work product of the entire Legislative Action field team, reporting to the CEO and COO as required
  • Work with Marketing & PR to help develop and execute national campaigns via District Leaders’ local network, social, and alternative media efforts
  • Work with Marketing & PR to execute campaigns to recruit homeschoolers, TEA Party supporters, and military veterans
  • Coordinate with TEA Party supporters and leaders to build and support AmericaAgain! Good Guys™ in every geographic area
  • Coordinate with Marketing & PR and with TEA Party leaders for field action teams supporting each AmericaAgain! reform law PR campaign
  • Support the efforts of the AmericaAgain! Legislative Drafting staff, and coordinate in the field as requested

Regional Coordinator (9 positions)

Successful candidates for Regional Field Coordinator will have demonstrated experience as leaders; who will have a cheerful and thankful attitude towards God that is evident to those with whom they work.  Responsible to:

  • Oversee, supply, support and coordinate as many as 80 AmericaAgain! Delegates with materials and information as required
  • Coordinate with and mutually support the other eight Regional Coordinators on campaigns as directed by the Director of Legislative Action
  • Serve as HQ liaison for District Leaders in your AmericaAgain! Region via the website and social media
  • Work with Marketing & PR to execute campaigns to recruit District Leaders
  • Work with Director of Member Support to provide materials, logistics and moral support to Delegates and District Leaders
  • Meet your regional goals and objectives as set by the Director of Legislative Action, in a telecommuting environment

Social Media Evangelist

The single voice for AmericaAgain! — bringing together messages created by employees at all levels — the AmericaAgain! SME is responsible for the mission’s overall presence in social media, and for assuring that our brand is accurately represented and message accurately and timely delivered, across all social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages overall social media strategy (objectives, metrics, strategies & tactics, timeline)
  • Identifies, selects and manages outside vendors and third party tools
  • Ensures all AmericaAgain! social profiles are properly claimed, optimized, managed and promoted
  • Supports Marketing & PR to manage AmericaAgain! and its branded projects within social media
  • Creates daily and weekly social media content, eventually training department employees to do the same
  • Manages and analyzes social media analytics reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Responsible for keeping other team members updated on evolving technology, trends and tools in social media
  • Works with management to ensure social media is integrated into the cultural fabric, blog(s), forum(s) and website

Director, AmericaAgain! Productions

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ digital video production experience and a robust demo reel, to demonstrate the ability to make abstract or difficult concepts come alive on the screen.

History, civics, and the Constitution have most often been considered arcane, difficult, or irrelevant to everyday life.  AmericaAgain! Productions will build a creative culture and an ongoing video metanarrative not only to inspire and energize the most exciting team in America on our campus — but to inspire, educate, and embolden millions of Americans to forge this new way of life.

In close coordination with management, our Director of AmericaAgain! Productions will produce campaign ad videos, inspirational shorts, and educational AmericaAgain! videos and LibertyCast™ podcasts.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • Excellent script writer and editor
  • Master of storyboarding
  • Overseeing outside animator(s) and in-house and outside still graphic artists
  • Selecting, acquiring and curating still image, video clip, and music clip libraries
  • Acquiring and working with voiceover talent, all sources of music and sound track files

Chief Financial Officer

CFO will have start-up and mature-stage accounting and financial operations and reporting experience in a small company setting.

Successful CFO candidate will demonstrate ability to oversee and report on the domestic and offshore accounts in the AmericaAgain! organization for dues and donation transactions, offshore holdings and investment, operational expenses, campus development, payroll, accounts payable, and the Christian Missions Foundation.

CFO will also establish financial auditing and prepare quarterly and annual reports of the entities in AmericaAgain! to be delivered to the Board of Trustees, and coordinate financial transaction data security measures with the Information Security Officer.

CFO will develop and improve the financial well-being of AmericaAgain! Trust by providing financial projections and accounting services and preparing growth plans in cooperation with the COO, and will:

  • Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating productivity, quality, and customer service
  • Develop revenue opportunities and expansion prospects in cooperation with the COO and Director of Marketing & PR
  • Analyze operations, identifying cost reduction and/or systems enhancement
  • Accumulate and grow the trust capital to fund operations and new projects (maximize ROI in operating fund and Christian missions foundation)
  • Monitor financial performance, develop financial strategies as appropriate
  • Prepare quarterly reports for management
  • Prepare annual reports for Trustees

Degree in finance and accounting required; MBA and/or CPA a plus.

Minimum five years CFO experience.

  • Oversee Media department production of videos, podcasts, and white papers for the James Madison Briefing Room™ for Grand Jury members and state prosecutors and judges
  • Strive to become America’s teacher of constitutional law to thousands of state prosecutors and criminal district attorneys, publishing papers and delivering seminars via National District Attorneys Association, its State affiliates, and law reviews
  • Set historic legal precedents with the staff of AmericaAgain! Legal Section, using the AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™ to forge a new nexus of constitutional and criminal law, guiding State judiciaries back to their rightful position above the inferior federal courts in all cases where members of Congress are violating the U.S. Constitution
  • Guide staff of the Legal Section to develop a legal field-support network of trial attorneys, paralegals, and field researchers from among AmericaAgain! members, supporters, and others in league with our mission

 

Information Security Officer

The AmericaAgain! ISO will have the experience, training, and proven ability in data and systems security to build and maintain a world-class security system for hardware, software, server, and communication encryption to defend AmericaAgain! from all inside and outside threats to the organization’s data systems infrastructure and its internal and external communications, records, and files.
